BRANE is a web-based billing and project management system that provides:
- Time tracking and timesheet management

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation: User accounts are created by system administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your timesheets, expense reports, and profile data.
3.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Submit false or fraudulent timesheet entries or expense claims
- Access accounts or data belonging to other users without authorization
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
4. Data Accuracy and Submissions
4.1 Timesheets: All timesheet entries must accurately reflect work performed. Submitted timesheets are subject to review and approval by authorized personnel.
4.2 Expenses: Expense claims must be legitimate business expenses with appropriate documentation. Supporting receipts and documentation must be accurate and authentic.
4.3 Corrections: If you discover errors in submitted data, you must notify your administrator promptly for correction.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Rate Information: Billing rates and financial information are confidential. Consultants may not disclose their rates to clients, and clients may not access consultant rate information.
5.2 Client Data: Information about client projects, budgets, and business activities must be treated as confidential.
5.3 Project Information: Users may only access information related to projects they are assigned to or authorized to view.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without express written permission.
Documents and files uploaded to the Service remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Service Availability
7.1 Availability: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Errors in calculations or reports
- Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
10.1 By Administrator: System administrators may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or at the discretion of your organization.
10.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access will be revoked. Data retention following termination is subject to our data retention policy and applicable laws.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
